Bond Investment Management Platform
Project Overview
Carekapital is a full-stack wealth management SaaS built for boutique fund managers and bond issuers. The platform lets admins list and manage bond products, onboard verified investors, track AUM in real time, and automate payout schedules — all within a clean, data-dense dashboard built for finance professionals.
The Challenge
The client needed a single platform to replace a patchwork of spreadsheets and WhatsApp threads used to manage investor relations. The core challenge was designing data flows that were simultaneously intuitive for non-technical fund managers and robust enough to handle complex financial calculations and compliance requirements.
Our Solution
We built a role-based SaaS with two primary interfaces: an admin panel for fund managers to control bond listings, investor KYC, and payout processing; and a read-only investor view. Data integrity was enforced through server-side validation on every financial operation. The dashboard surfaces AUM, collection rates and payout statuses at a glance.
